Started cuckoo brewing / gypsy brewing: paying other brewers to use their equipment at Brewlab a local pub before starting the brewery in 2014, brewing its first commercial beer in June of that year. A brew-house that produces 6 Brewers Barrels, or just short of a 1000 litres. Most of their beers are brewed to a traditional style by traditional methods but the recent introduction of exciting flavourful hops has elevated a number of their new brews
Brewery Tap is open on the first Friday of each month with five hand-pulls on the bar serving handcrafted Aire Valley Ales, They also offer a small selection of other drinks from wine and prosecco, limited bottled cider and soft drinks.
