Wishbone Brewery

Wishbone Brewery Limited is a microbrewery based in the heart of Yorkshire between Wuthering Heights and the Yorkshire Dales in an old industrial area of Keighley in the shed of a textiles mill, Based in a former warehouse set over two floors, they currently only use the ground floor area as the brew house. The ground floor also hosts regular monthly events, for people to come enjoy the beers where they are brewed.. Brewing begann early autumn 2015, initially brewing Blonde, Bandit and Gumption. Other beers have since been added to the regular beer list and they continue to experiment with new recipes for beers of all styles. Some, especially the stronger ones, are brewed without using finings and may have a slight natural haze. The beers have a high reputation and are available in several pubs in the local area..
