Saltaire heritage area is awash with local food producers, independent delis, fantastic gastro pubs with their own micro-breweries and restaurants serving menus created from locally sourced ingredients.  including, of course, the fantastic fish and chips. There is also the Local Produce Market on the 2nd Saturday of the month on Exhibition Road Car Park, just off the main road, 10am until 3pm.
